windream Mobile App

The windream Mobile App allows you to access every document saved in the windream ECM system independently of time and place conveniently via your tablet or smartphone.

It is possible to retrieve documents via the integrated DMS Browser or via the flexible, easy to handle find function. The find function supports you in a contextual, clever way while entering search terms and allows retrieval in fulltext as well as in structured metadata of documents.

In the result list of the retrieval function, documents can be downloaded into the mobile briefcase for editing. The documents of the briefcase can be edited offline and be uploaded at a later point of time into the ECM system, optionally also as a new version of an existing document.

Annotations can be added to downloaded documents via the windream Mobile App as well as via the windream Windows version. It is therefore possible to discuss your documents platform-independently.

Furthermore, the windream Mobile App allows you to access your most recently edited documents from the ECM System. Your private favorites from My windream are available in the windream Mobile App as well. During the start of the app, the windream Mobile App will inform you automatically about changes to the documents in the ECM System that already are in the briefcase of your mobile device.

Testing the windream Mobile App

windream GmbH offers users who want to test the functions of the windream Mobile App free access to a windream demo server. Via this server, numerous windream information materials can be downloaded. The use of the demo server for extended testing purposes requires the activation of a user account. Of course, the windream Mobile App can also be used in company environments with access to an own windream System (on-premise).
